At Shades and Shapes Studio, Client Experience and Quality are the keys we keep as the center of work. We need a person for the Project Managers position for Mainly Interior Design Projects.
Conceptualization and Design: Translate client needs and preferences into functional and aesthetically pleasing space plans.
3D Modeling and Rendering: Create 3D models and renderings using software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Revit.
Material and Finish Selection: Choose appropriate materials, colors, textures, furniture, lighting, and accessories to enhance the space.
Client Communication and Collaboration: Communicate design concepts to clients and collaborate with other designers, architects, and contractors.
Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and ensure projects are completed within scope and to client satisfaction.
Technical Expertise: Proficient in 3D software, rendering techniques, and industry standards.
Visual Presentation: Create high-quality visualizations for clients to review and approve.
Evaluate and Iterate: Analyze designs, implement changes, and iterate models based on feedback.
- Preferably a Bachelor's Qualification in B-Arch, B-Tech.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an interior designer with the above skill set.
- Good understanding of standards & creativity with perfection.
