PROJECT BRIEF
Chitrakut Farm was one of our most challenging and ambitious projects, as the client’s vision extended beyond just interiors. The demand was for a farmhouse cum guest house with premium amenities and a seamless connection between architecture, interiors, and landscape. The design had to embody both modern elegance and natural tranquility, creating a rejuvenating retreat for the client and their guests.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
The farmhouse was envisioned as a fusion of natural and modern design, where spaciousness and openness guided every interior decision, and landscape planning became the defining feature. The landscape was meticulously planned with precision from pathways to plantation design ensuring that every element enhanced the natural experience (supported by detailed diagrams by Ninad). Premium amenities such as a large swimming pool and a jogging garden were seamlessly integrated, offering guests spaces to feel both rejuvenated and active. Inside, the interiors embraced openness with minimal partitions, allowing light, air, and views to flow freely.
