PROJECT BRIEF
Madhada BPO Services wanted a modern and efficient workspace that reflected their brand’s professionalism and collaborative culture. The goal was to create an environment that encouraged communication, optimized functionality, and presented a clean, global aesthetic — all within a tight completion timeline.
CHALLENGE
The primary challenge was designing and executing the entire office within just 45 days while maintaining high-quality detailing and seamless coordination. Achieving openness without clutter, ensuring acoustic comfort, and integrating aesthetic warmth within a functional BPO layout demanded thoughtful planning and precision.
DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
The design approach focused on simplicity, openness, and global appeal. Straight-lined workstations were paired with curved partitions to balance structure and flow. A neutral, minimal material palette ensured durability and easy maintenance, while concealed pantry and washroom doors maintained spatial continuity. The world map feature wall symbolized global connectivity a core value of the company and the MD cabin’s brick wall and attached balcony added an earthy, personal touch.
