PROJECT BRIEF

This 3BHK residence was designed for a young IT couple who desired a calm, functional, and aesthetically pleasing home that reflects modern comfort. The goal was to achieve a balanced design that is both practical for daily living and elegant in appearance a home that feels fresh, organized, and warm after a long workday.

CHALLENGE

The biggest challenge was maximizing usable space within the apartment’s compact layout while ensuring comfort and flow between zones. Each room had to serve multiple functions from relaxation to work-from-home needs without feeling congested.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

The overall concept revolves around simplicity, subtle sophistication, and warmth. The living and dining spaces follow a neutral base palette enhanced with soft lighting and pops of color through cushions and accessories. The idea was to create a clutter-free environment while maintaining a cozy and inviting ambiance. The dining area features a marble-top table paired with plush velvet chairs, complemented by a sleek wooden display unit with geometric cutouts blending functionality and design detailing. In the bedroom, a soothing combination of blush pink and soft greys sets a relaxing tone, with custom-designed furniture to optimize storage without compromising aesthetics.
